All transactions remain subject to supplier confirmation, due diligence, KYC/AML review, allocation availability, contract execution, and final internal approval.

Submission of false proof of funds, KYC documentation, vessel documentation, licenses, or transactional information may result in immediate termination and legal referral.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, workflows, AI systems, graphics, documents, trade dress, commercial structures, and materials are owned by Bridgeview or licensed to Bridgeview. No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, or exploited without prior written consent.

The website and systems are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Bridgeview disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, and non-infringement. Commercial users are responsible for independent due diligence.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12. TERMINATION

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in New York courts unless otherwise agreed in writing.

14. MODIFICATIONS

Bridgeview may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately upon posting to bvenp.com. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
